PLEASE READ BEFORE CONTACTING US:

1 - All shipments are trackable in the origin country.

2 - Many shipments are trackable in the destination country.

3 - Some countries like Canada do not track our shipments on their territory.

4 - None of the shipments are trackable at intermediate points between the origin and destination country. This means that the shipment may appear stuck in Belarus, but it does not. It will show a new tracking record as soon as the package reaches your country border (if your country tracks our shipments).

5 - Usual delivery time is 2-3 weeks, but may be longer than expected due to sanctions against Belarus. Please be patient.

6 - If the package is not delivered in 3 months since shipping date, please let us know, and we will refund or resend the order.
